Unwanted items.

A product that is bespoke/made to order is not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order via email or phone. After the 2 day cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods, though may do so with the addition of a 25% restocking fee plus any other delivery or collection fees incurred. This is entirely at our discretion.

Faulty or damaged items.

All items are thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered and is proven damaged or faulty we will either offer to repair the item or replace the item like for like. Due to the nature of the item being handmade a new realistic delivery date will be given.
