Can I personalise my item?

Yes! All our products can be made to suit your needs. If you would like a different size or requirement just send us a message and we will do our best to help.

I have my own idea/design, can you make it?

Yes within reason! Send a message with your idea, design or even a crude sketch and we can work from there.

Im looking for something a bit different, maybe a bit crazy and ridiculous. Have I come to the right place?

Definitely. We love to think outside the box. The more interesting and elaborate the better!

How much will a bespoke item cost?

Our costs are calculated on how many hours it takes plus materials needed. Don’t be scared to ask for a quote, we will happily give you a price breakdown. If you have a set budget we will do our best to create something within your price range.

How much do I have to pay upfront?

25%. This covers materials we need to order in. Once the job is complete and you’re happy we will send a final payment invoice. If you prefer we also offer PayPal.

Can I come visit and check out all your cool stuff?

Unfortunately not at the moment. We don’t have public access. We are working on moving to a new location where you can come on down, say hi and have a cup of tea.

Are you aerospace certified?

We are trained, qualified and experienced aerospace engineers. Unfortunately our insurance doesn’t cover products to be certified to use again in flight. This is something we are working towards for the future.

Do you ship overseas?

Not currently. We will be soon adding shipping to USA so watch this space!

Unfortunately due to Brexit we are still working out European shipping. The high import tax for Europeans from the UK is what’s stopping us. If you are happy to pay the import tax upon receipt please let us know, be aware this can be expensive and it’s not something we can cover.

If you contact us direct we can calculate a cost to ship anywhere worldwide. You will have to pay any import costs you may receive at your end. We advise researching this before hand, we are not liable for this expense.
